Redevelopment of a vacant lot as a new seven-story community center with two below grade cellar levels. Vektor provided soil disposal support, oversight of remediation, preparation of Noise Remedial Action Plan and final Remedial Action Report.

NYS Spills and E-Designation/Voluntary Cleanup Program
Redevelopment of a light industrial site to a new six-story mixed use building. Vektor provided soil disposal support, engineering controls design including a vapor barrier system and sub-slab depressurization system, oversight of remediation, start-up of the remediation system and reporting. Vektor also coordinated with the NYSDEC in order to address the spill incident on the property due to former underground storage tanks.

- Linden Boulevard, Queens, New York – Confidential Client – Site Investigation and Remediation of a former landfill with a Restrictive Declaration. Scope of work included preparation of reports for review and approval of the NYCOER, NYSDEC and NYCDOH, implementation of site assessment, soil disposal support and oversight of remediation. 
- Bushwick, Brooklyn, New York – Confidential Client – Remedial Investigation of a former auto repair shop with an active spill under the direct supervision of NYCOER and NYSDEC. 
- 33rd Street, Queens, New York – Confidential Client – Due-diligence and consulting services to prevent a “P” Designated property by the NYSDEC from becoming a Class II site. Our consulting services saved the Client over $1,000,000 clean-up costs, regulatory and legal fees. 
- 4790 Broadway, New York, New York - Ranger Properties -Vektor provided remediation cost estimate and prepared a remedial action work plan for approval of a new affordable housing and community center project by the NYCHPD and NYCOER. 
- 159-29 90th Avenue, Jamaica, New York - KD Sagamore - Vektor provided due-diligence services including Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments for a new mixed-use building in Jamaica, Queens.
